How To Become A Client

To be considered as a client you must:

  • Be an Oregon resident or coming in for an in-person appointment. (Tabitha’s license is for OR only.)
  • Be referred by: A current client, a practitioner, or during an open enrollment period.
  • Complete a brief interview (free) to make sure that we are a good match to work together.

Payment Information

Other things you may want to know: 

    • All payments are due at time of service.
    • Tabitha does not take insurance but can take FSA/HSA cards, and give you a receipt or superbill so that you can bill your own insurance (you will need to do due diligence to make sure that they accept outside providers).
    • Ask about programs and packages for increased savings and bonuses.
    • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
    • For time sensitive issues, or if you want to check for last minute appointment availability text the number provided in your confirmation email-
