How To Become A Client
To be considered as a client you must:
- Be an Oregon resident or coming in for an in-person appointment. (Tabitha’s license is for OR only.)
- Be referred by: A current client, a practitioner, or during an open enrollment period.
- Complete a brief interview (free) to make sure that we are a good match to work together.
How To Book An Appointment

Payment Information
Other things you may want to know:

- All payments are due at time of service.

- Tabitha does not take insurance but can take FSA/HSA cards, and give you a receipt or superbill so that you can bill your own insurance (you will need to do due diligence to make sure that they accept outside providers).

- Ask about programs and packages for increased savings and bonuses.

- There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
